Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our marketing and business development efforts by developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing marketing collateral and presentations
Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan
Organize, coordinate, and lead the creation of marketing materials and presentations, ensuring alignment with deadlines and branding guidelines
Award Submissions: Develop, assemble, and track award submissions
Presentations: Collaborate with the Marketing/Business Development team and Project Managers to produce deadline-sensitive qualifications packages, and coordinate, assemble, and prepare materials for client presentations and interviews, ensuring alignment with PH’s corporate branding
Website Management: Maintain, update, and enhance PH’s website by adding and modifying content, including project profiles, team member profiles, and other key information to ensure accuracy and relevance
Client & Media Communications: Identify, develop, and execute communication strategies with key media and client contacts
Platform & Database Management: Manage and maintain both the OpenAsset platform for organizing and cataloging digital assets and the ActiveCampaign platform for creating, automating, and analyzing email marketing campaigns
Organize and maintain project databases and data files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Research & Writing: Compile and synthesize research for various marketing initiatives
Compose or edit technical writing and essay-style content as needed
Job description
Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our marketing and business development efforts by developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing marketing collateral and presentations.

Job Responsibilities:
