We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns, while also engaging with our community through events and digital platforms. Tasks & responsibilities
Plan and manage events for our care homes, ensuring successful execution and community engagement.
Manage and order promotional materials to enhance our brand presence.
Improve Google reviews and coordinate our marketing accounts for optimal visibility.
Oversee our LinkedIn page and maintain our company website, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
Track and analyse marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Support internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across departments.
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with graphic design software, social media management tools, ad management platforms, and survey/feedback tools.
Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
