The Opportunity:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a key role in supporting and coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns across Fitness First, Australia and Goodlife Health Clubs.
You'll work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Fitness, Product, Sales Operations, Club Operations, and Legal to help bring our brand and product strategies to life. Supporting both Senior Marketing Managers, you'll assist in delivering the annual marketing campaign calendar, including new product launches and strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn. This is a part-time role (0.6FTE/22.8 hours) which can be split across 3, 4 or 5 days.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns
Assist with club member communications for club updates, including closures, class schedule changes, and other operational notices.
Coordinate and execute promotional activities, including digital marketing, email, social media, and events
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign alignment and ensure smooth and timely execution of annual marketing campaign calendar, including creation of briefs and delivery of campaign assets.
Ensure marketing materials produced are consistent with brand guidelines.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, in collaboration with the Legal team.
Support both Senior Marketing Managers with key projects and day-to-day business requirements.
Maintain the marketing calendar and help manage budgets and timelines
Skills/Experience:
1-2 years of marketing experience (internships included)
Project experience - such as coordinating brand campaigns or shopper activations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, CMS)
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
