The Opportunity:
As our Appointment Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in actualizing our vision. This isn't just about managing day-to-day operations; it's about leading with innovation, driving sales through strategic lead handling, and ensuring our operational excellence sets the standard in the industry. You'll be the architect of our success, ensuring that every lead is not just contacted but converted, through seamless integration with our sales team and by embodying our core values in every action.
Your Role Involves:
Spearheading daily engagement with inbound leads, guiding them towards transformative sales discussions.
Achieving and redefining operational KPIs, setting new benchmarks for success.
Expertly qualifying leads to align with our strategic goals, ensuring every client's potential is maximized.
Monitoring and reporting on key metrics across the company, providing actionable insights to drive forward decision-making.
Initially, the role requires a commitment of 6-8 hours per day, offering a competitive hourly rate plus the potential for commission earnings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to increase their hours and income following a 45-day probation period.
Making calls to inbound/warm leads to set appointments.
Confirming and managing appointments that have already been scheduled.
Engaging in small administrative tasks, accounting for 5-10% of the role.
Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of call outcomes and lead management data.
What We're Looking For:
• Proficient use of CRM and Dial software, with a knack for leveraging technology to streamline operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within a growth-centric company.
• A proven track record in roles contributing to significant revenue growth, preferably in companies generating over $500,000.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, complemented by a mastery of project management tools.
• A demonstrated ability to use data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• An independent, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• High emotional intelligence, with a capacity for resilience and innovative problem-solving.
