Strategic Growth & Business Development
Represent Altair Law consistently and professionally to the public, existing clients, and business partners
Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues to grow business opportunities
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue and profit growth targets
Design and manage a marketing and business development budget
Nurture and expand a robust referral network to generate new business opportunities
Maximize ROI from investments in marketing and business development
Marketing & Brand Management
Review all third-party marketing vendors to ensure maximum ROI
Oversee and interface with marketing vendors who manage the firm's website, monthly newsletter, and social media platforms, including providing engaging content and campaigns for use across platforms
Manage hosted professional events
Track and analyze website and SEO performance, intake reports, and other analytics to inform marketing decisions
Identify editorial opportunities and submit articles for major legal publications
Handle awards submissions, such as Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, and coordinate firm/attorney recognitions
Submit verdicts and settlements to publications for rankings and publicity
Manage firm sponsorships and professional organization memberships, ensuring benefits are fully utilized
