Key Responsibilities:
• Content Approval Workflow: Manage the end-to-end approval workflow for promotional and marketing materials, ensuring accurate and timely reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining smooth communication across stakeholders.
• Document Management: Review, approve, and upload marketing materials to the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring document fidelity and adherence to brand standards.
• Quality Management System (QMS): Leverage experience with Veeva or other quality management systems to oversee approval workflows from a marketing or e-commerce perspective.
• Brand & Content Marketing: Champion brand consistency and quality across all content, ensuring both minor and major revisions meet marketing standards.
• Cross-functional Engagement: Collaborate with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to align project goals and meet regulatory requirements.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in the health, wellness, or medically regulated industries.
• Veeva experience strongly preferred, but experience with other quality management systems will be considered.
• Proven ability to manage content approvals and workflows in a QMS.
• Marketing Background: Experience in brand marketing, content management, or e-commerce-related workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle both large and small-scale revisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with technology and digital platforms.
Education:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or Quality Management is preferred.
Nice-to-Have:
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
