Responsibilities
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to manage the planning and execution of events that promote our brand and engage with our target audience
This position will play a key role in delivering successful marketing events that align with company objectives
Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from initial concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution
Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, including venues, catering, speakers, and entertainment
Budget Oversight: Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design event marketing materials and promote events across digital and traditional channels
On-Site Event Management: Oversee event setup, manage day-of operations, and ensure all elements run according to schedule
Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback and analyze event outcomes to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and communications to align event strategies with broader business goals
