Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in related field
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
A team player attitude but aptitude to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication
Content management skills (digital, custom applications, presentations)
Ability to travel to event locations specific to assigned programs
Project management experience and strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and lead several projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel

Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training

Responsibilities
Support the team on work back schedules, calendaring, catering, swag, promo materials
Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing plans and logistics from conception to completion
This includes: A/V, set-up, quality control, shipping, logistics, transportation and more
Support development, management, and execution of assigned projects
Contributing to regular reporting of event status
Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose headquarters 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

Marketing Events Coordinator

What You’ll Do
