Balance Ayurveda Private Limited is a healthcare company based in Faridabad (Delhi-NCR), India established in 2021. We empower urban millennials to achieve holistic health and a state of ‘happy’ balance by harnessing the power of Ayurveda.

• The ideal candidate will be capable of conceptualizing and executing effective digital marketing strategies.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
• Curate insights from FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey.
• Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment trade-offs between channels. Measure and report performance & growth periodically.

Responsibilities
• Conduct market research and provide competitive intelligence.
• Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist the work of sales teams
• Identify target audiences and potential sales lead through marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for online (social media websites, third party E-commerce websites) and offline mediums.
• Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables.

Qualifications
• Relevant educational experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in marketing or related field
• Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills
