Duties & Responsibilities:
Be a great team player, in an agile environment with the ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, technical product managers, and other Marketing Managers to create accessible, elegant, and Market engaging while balancing technical and delivery constraints.
Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed Market Approach , Design rationale, and research findings, both verbally and visually.
• Creates, evaluates, and modifies the Market designs for medium-sized, diverse projects.
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Market Strategy and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
• Generates overall user experience solution and takes ownership of the usability within feasibility limits
• Embrace ambiguity and bring clarity to complex problems by independently tracking down answers and validating with stakeholders.
• Advocate for users, is highly proactive & gets the job done
Required Candidate profile
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with history of consistently exceeding aggressive business goals
• Proven track record establishing credibility and collaborative partnerships with senior clients and internal business stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with customers in digital marketing, data, operations, and/or advertising
• Prospecting, qualifying, and follow through are your strengths. You create value quickly and are able to move people through the pipeline with purpose.
• Communicating value proposition within the context of the customer’s pain points.
• Thinking critically in real-time on how to positively impact the customer
