Job description – Events Division, Crossword Bookstores Private Limited.

Manager Event division comprising Branding, Events, Space on Hire & Institutional Sales.Build the Crossword Brand through promotional activities both physically & online.Forecasting, preparing & implement the Annual Budget for Events. Forecast requirements, schedule expenditure, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions.Generate marketing income for the organization through effectively managing the available space within the stores & identifying non retail partners for marketing income.Analyze the changing consumer profiles & create apt marketing campaigns, activations for the same.Identify newer markets for growth & create effective marketing strategiesBe Up to date with industry trends & competitor patterns

Requirements

Minimum 5 year’s experience working as event manager in a similar company

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Team Leadership & ability to motivate & drive a team
