Job Title: Marketing Executive - Pathological Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for our pathological services. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and promote our range of pathological services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our pathological services and drive customer acquisition.

· Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, medical professionals, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

· Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure marketing materials are accurate and compliant.

· Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.

· Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.

· Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, content creation, and advertising.

· Collaborate with internal teams, such as laboratory staff and management, to gather insights and develop marketing collateral that effectively communicates our services.

· Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media platforms.

· Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using metrics and data-driven insights, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the pathology or medical industry.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive marketing content.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus.

· Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
