Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and use the findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as printers, and digital marketing agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively recommend innovative ideas to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and support lead generation and nurturing efforts.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Proven experience (2 years) as a Marketing Executive or similar role. Fresher’s can also apply.

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.

- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
