We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us at the earliest.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedMarketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience and possess relevant qualifications in marketing, preferably along with 1 year of experience in team handling. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing lead-generation initiatives and driving effective branding and promotion strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department's efforts to achieve organizational goals and contribute to our company's growth.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and branding.
• Preferably a minimum 1 year of experience in team management or leadership roles (this is preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns and brand promotion.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience on the Canva platform.
