Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Technodeal Enerpower Private Limited in Pune. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing market plans and conducting market research to support the sales and marketing team. The role will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to create and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders, with the candidate required to help with activities related to brand building, coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, managing CRM platform for data and analytics for both self anf the marketing team, meet-up with new and prospective clientele, generate leads for different business verticals, maintain database of existing and potential customers and meet converted clients for feedback, closure of purchase orders and project completion surveys.
The candidate shall be required to prepare a marketing plan at the beginning of each year and defend his/her numbers over the year.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales and marketing with a minimum 2 Years of experience
• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and in a team environment
• Positive attitude, energy and a desire to succeed
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is essential
• Relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
Knowledge of Building Engineering Services and EPC contracts is also a plus
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical, time-management and creativity skills
• Excellent networking ability
• Experience with CRM software
• Experience with analytical tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Basic Proficiency in graphic design softwares / Canva for creating marketing collaterals and short videos
