The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for appointing new dealers in the area allotted.
• Ensure that the Dealer Application and Agreement are handed over to the Admin staff.
• Ensure to communicate the Company policies and discount schemes and educate on new products to dealers.
• To collect the competitor movements in the market and discuss with the management.
• Forecast the material requirement and submit to the branch head.
• Planning the promotion material. § Ensure that the dealer issues are sorted immediately.
• Marketing Data should be updated regularly for the views of the management.
• Ensure to complete the mandatory tour day as per company policy.
• Ensure that the tour plan is submitted to the Branch Manager and approved.
• To analyze the market conditions and act accordingly.
• To achieve the targets fixed for the month.
• To explore the existing and future market potential § Participating in Promotional activities to create brand awareness and value like Mela, Trade fairs, Exhibition etc.
• Maintain good business relation with our Channel partners
• Getting feedback from the Channel partners and address to the Branch Manager.
• Daily reports should be submitted to Branch managers by mail.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
• 2+ years' of management
• Experience in same field or similar to pipes & cable
