Job description
For five years, our client has successfully run business and investment readiness programs to support entrepreneurs. Their prestigious clients include major banks, top retailers, tech giants, and the government.
They are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join their small, dynamic team at a pivotal moment in our mission to remove social and economic barriers to innovation.
We want someone who brings creativity, enthusiasm, and experience in driving effective digital and brand content and communications.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the Head of Marketing, Programmes, and Operations teams; you will thrive in this attractive and challenging opportunity, showcasing a passion for digital innovation, content creation, and the pursuit of positive social impact.
What you'll do…
• Support and execute daily marketing tasks across social media, email marketing, and the website.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and data to improve and develop marketing activities.
• Create email marketing campaigns to expand and engage the brand's audience.
• Update and design new pages, copy, and visuals for our Wix website.
• Use graphic design tools for ads, banners, and video editing for social media (Desirable).
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications.
• Develop cohesive and impactful messaging for all communications.
• Lead the creation of materials such as articles, social copy, Medium blogs, surveys, website content, case studies, and press releases.
• Handle marketing data reporting, SEO, and analytics, and oversee social media optimization to enhance our online presence.
You'll have…
• Proven marketing experience, including email marketing
• Ability to multitask, accountability, work to strict deadlines, and high level of attention to detail
• Good experience in Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Good experience in creating social media content.
• Proven ability to write good prose with high level of accuracy.
• Experience working with web analytics tools, paid campaigns, Excel, and reporting
• Excellent time management, proactivity and organisational skills.
• Familiar with Content Management Systems, PPC, and SEO.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and a team player.
