It aims to provide consumers with end-to-end fulfilment, through technologyfor faster loan disbursements. The company’s vision is to change the way Bharat (India) finances its affordable homes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prospective candidates should be confident in developing design concepts aligned to the campaign and have the experience to translate these into a wide range of compelling communication products. This could be anything from Offline Marketing collaterals like bill boards, pamphlets, brochures, and online marketing collaterals like web pages and social media assets, to campaign identities.
• For a given initiative, work with a cross-disciplinary team by taking ownership of the end to end creative lifecycle from discovering business needs to defining a solution.
• Think on a campaign level and execute big-picture ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages.
• Develop a distinct form of storytelling for the brand by focusing on the latest trends, styling advice, and engagement data from past campaigns.
• Create and edit AVs and short videos, presentations, and infographics as per requirement.
• Translate concepts into working modelswhile keeping in mind the design aesthetics, brand guidelines, templates, and latest design standards.
• Independently conceptualize original video content for Basic’s social media platforms in collaboration with a copywriter.
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video creation.
• Ideate and develop videos required for organic and inorganic growth (YouTube, Ads, Reels, etc.)

What you bring to the table:
• 3-5 years of experience in a start-up, agency, studio, or in-house role focused on creating brand and marketing communications.
• A portfolio of inspiring design work, executed either by yourself or a team that you led, that conveys your ability.
• Understanding of the technical side and their application for web design, print, digital media, motion graphics, and video.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on editing software’s like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Office and other such video editing software and apps.
• Good eye for design, visualization, and graphic design
• Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
