About the role:

Being a Rotimatic Sales & Demo Specialist is all about being hands on.

You are tasked with the most important job of being the first contact point between the Company and our potential customers. Your image is what makes or breaks the impression of the Company. Therefore, it is important that you are passionate, engaging, professional and have brilliant product knowledge.

Every call/demo is an opportunity for you to help a household live a happier and healthier lifestyle by turning them into a Rotimatic Owner.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to conduct captivating on-call and in-person demonstrations to achieve specified sales goals.

Model all aspects of Zimlistic’s brand, culture, and passion for technology led healthy eating by providing exceptional customer service in an enthusiastic, charismatic, and positive demeanor.

Be a product and brand expert by educating consumers on the benefits and features of the seamless roti-making experience with Rotimatic.

Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively understanding their needs.

As a Rotimatic Sales and Demo Specialist, you create the energy and excitement around Rotimatic, through conducting Rotimatic calls/demonstrations in an engaging way, always seeking to understand customers’ needs, offering enlightening answers and solutions to their questions and concerns, and finally convince them to welcome Rotimatic to their homes with absolute confidence and conviction.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business/Marketing/Communications.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a customer service, retail, and/or sales related position

Deep interest in electronics and technology

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays and as per the business needs.

Must be able to work well independently and be self-motivated to meet goals

Must have a strong customer service and presentation/ demonstration skills
