Our digital marketing firm is looking for a Social Media Intern to join our growing team. The ideal applicant should possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including various social media sites and platforms. This role would entail taking up any basic activities in regard to Marketing for the brands working with the Company. All responsibilities will be subject to the brand requisites with basic hygiene activities such as posting, reposting, and helping create content.
Responsibilities
• Management of social media accounts and content.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms for the brands working with the organization.
• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understanding the overall concept of the brands, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
• Engages with clients for follow-ups if need be.
• Create and Edit content on Photoshop, Premier Pro & Canva.
• Assist in posting and reposting content on multiple pages.
• Assist in creating performance reports.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• 1-2 years of social media management experience
• Understanding of Google Analytics is strongly preferred
• Familiar with social media posting, hashtags etc
• Comfortable with working with Adobe, Canva, Premier Pro
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking
• Ability work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
• Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
