Bano Kaabil is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged women artisans by teaching them valuable skills that provide livelihoods and foster pride and independence through their craft. As we enter the exciting new phase of Bano Kaabil 2.0, we’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and help amplify our impact.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Marketing Intern at Bano Kaabil in Mumbai, preferably in Chembur. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting in sales initiatives: Assist in organizing workshops and other social impact initiatives.

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

• Social Media Management: Work closely with our CMO to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and brainstorm strategies to grow our online presence.

• Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our products, values, and mission.

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaborations to inform our marketing strategies.

• Community Building: Help build and nurture a community of like-minded women who share our vision of empowerment and creativity.

• Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of our social media efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
