Position Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our Academy's vision. The ideal candidate will be proficient in traditional and digital marketing, SEO, and cross-functional coordination, with a proven track record of managing marketing initiatives across multiple organizational verticals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and reach. Design and execute campaigns tailored to each vertical. Digital Marketing & SEO Lead digital initiatives, including website management, email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing. Drive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase online presence. Analyse data from digital campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. Brand Management Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials. Oversee content creation for social media, newsletters, brochures, and event promotions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with heads of all verticals to understand their needs and support their objectives through targeted marketing strategies. Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media agencies. Event & Community Engagement Promote academy events, workshops, and campaigns to drive participation and engagement. Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and influencers to expand outreach. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, SEO techniques, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content marketing. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments and manage diverse initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
