Our approach is automation-driven and outcome-focused. What You Will Do: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will drive B2B marketing strategies, execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and enhance our presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Hub Spot CRM for email marketing and have a strong understanding of lead generation, brand positioning, and digital engagement in the cloud security space. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to position Technosprout as a leader in cloud security services. Plan and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage high-value enterprise accounts. Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing efforts, including organic and paid strategies for brand awareness and lead generation. Utilize Hub-spot CRM for email marketing campaigns, automation, and lead nurturing. Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, white papers, and LinkedIn posts) aligned with industry trends. Track and analyze marketing KPIs, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals. Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud security, digital marketing, and B2B lead generation. Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in cyber security, cloud security, or IT services. Hands-on experience in ABM strategy and execution. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing (organic + paid) for B2B lead generation. Proficiency in Hub-spot CRM for email marketing, automation, and campaign management. Excellent content marketing skills with the ability to craft engaging and technical messaging. Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance tracking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
