About the job:
Being a marketing manager, your role is to support & manage the overall Social Media & Digital Marketing strategies. You will be empowered to exercise creative thinking to solve problems independently, develop new ideas and will be responsible to see them through. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to adapt to the fast-moving daily tasks is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital and Social media marketing:
• Keep our media planner and media calendar up to date.
• Barnstorming content ideas and supporting with the creation of the same.
• Overseeing social media activities and management of digital campaigns on a day-to-day basis to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop new and existing partnerships (brand collaborations) to drive commercial objectives and brand growth.
• Ensuring the timely launch of new products and that all products and content are uploaded accurately on the website.
• Overseeing the Website and other social media channels to ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s identity.
• Proactively review, develop and propose multichannel marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media advertisements and create reports based on previous ad results.
• Support photo shoots/events where required.
• Assist & support administrative task assigned by Digital Manager.

Other responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of compelling visuals (mainly videos/reels) for brand growth on social media.
• Identify, research, deliver and develop other online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitive activity.
• To perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required competencies:

There are no minimum qualifications as long as you match the above and are willing to learn as you go on the job. However, some basic requirements are:
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and be a problem solver.
• You have the pulse for social media trends and the creativity to use the same for growing a brand.
• You are a Reels-ninja – you can think in videos and have the technical chops to bring it to life (shooting + editing on phone works just fine, an eye for details and aesthetics is key)
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software’s like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus.
• Timelines are not your worst enemy and you can meet them more often than not.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required.
• Take a pro-active approach to work and demonstrate high levels of self-motivation in a commercial context.
• Display excellent communication skills.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
