Job Title: Marketing Manager
Go-to-market Plan: Develop a deep understanding of the platform, buyer segments and audience expectations and requirements, and competitive landscape/positioning. Develop product positioning, corporate branding, and messaging to differentiate Intellicar in the market. Identify suitable market segments and develop a marketing plan to fulfill marketing objectives specific to each target geography.
Drive and assess marketing programs: develop strategy, tactics and manage marketing programs and campaigns to drive demand, generate leads, create brand recall, engage target audiences and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
Marketing Analytics: track the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and identify gaps and areas of improvement.
360-degree marketing execution: Leverage and direct all aspects of marketing with an organic approach, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, website management, event marketing, search marketing, advertising, public relations, analyst relations, customer success marketing, media relations, etc., to fulfill marketing goals.· Plan and execute the organic approach and ways to bring in traction to Intellicar’s social media handles.· Perform a cost-benefit analysis of the events and propose the targeted events. Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters and maintain accountability of the event from event execution to implementation to tracking the value/leads generated from each event.· Connect and maintain relations with associations/forums and media agencies in the target geographies and leverage branding, marketing, outreach, and thought leadership opportunities.
Content and engagement strategy: Segment the customers and develop business personas and devise content strategies specific to each persona. Conduct periodic website audits, track website analytics, compare performance and SEO with the competitors, and devise organic strategies to bring in traction to the website. Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing and communications materials
Sales enablement: create corporate and sales presentations, and communicate the value proposition and business benefit of the product portfolio to sales and other customer/market-facing teams. Create a Sales toolkit, videos, and enablement documents to support the sales team with their market pitch.
Competitive intelligence: Track competitive landscape and activities with regard to product and market outreach and marketing strategies. Devise and propose strategies to have a competitive edge and stand out in the target industry.
Requirements:· 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferably in a SAAS-based organization· Very strong communication skills (authoring, speaking, creative articulation)· Proven experience carrying out branding and marketing activities in an organic fashion· Very good experience in building creative, intuitive, simple, and fluid presentation decks· Highly organized and proficient in managing multiple facets of marketing activities, at one go· Creative, Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking and proactiveness is expected· Self-learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and execution-based environment· Ability to work independently with minimal support from peers· Strong people and management skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors and third parties, executive teams, and thought leaders

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
