Could you be the marketing manager in Watford & Borehamwood we’re looking for?
Do you have a marketing or public relations background and have an understanding of using both traditional and digital marketing strategies, PR, social media and networking to develop business and recruitment opportunities across the UK.
We are looking for an exceptional person who has the same passion as us for helping our nation to age well and remain connected. If you think this might be you, your role will take the lead in developing and delivering marketing campaigns that promote our brand of care, share our values and mission to potential employees, clients and new franchise partners.
You will need to be creative, enthusiastic, self motivated and structured in your work and you will also need to be willing to travel occasionally to our various care offices.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Required:
• Experience working in communications, public relations or marketing
• Experience of writing copy & producing materials for a variety of audiences, across many channels
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Ability to self motivate and work in a self-directed way
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Be professional in their manner and appearance
• Be an enthusiastic ‘people person’ who can motivate others
• Experience of creating, delivering and evaluating digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using word processing software, design software and content marketing platforms
• Experience in using a range of social media platforms for business promotion
• Full Driving License & access to a car
Desired:
• Experience working in social care public relations and/or marketing
• Experience working in the franchise marketplace
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Line management or team leadership experience
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Govern the brand, ensuring the brand guidelines are adhered to at all times.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement the company marketing strategy
• Manage the content strategy across a full range of platforms: online, print and social media
• Create & manage production of digital marketing content
• Manage and maintain the franchise print portal, The Radfield Store Oversee the brand merchandise solution
• Produce the quarterly and monthly newsletters, creating content, presentation and distribution
• Press releases – create and publish original content via research, surveys, news analysis
• Update company websites and other online marketplace and directory sites with relevant content
• Evaluate and report on overall performance.
• Develop and coordinate effective internal communication and events
• Submit relevant sector award entries
• Implement an email marketing strategy
• Maintain and improve professional and sector knowledge and competence
• Create and manage a video and photo portfolio
• Other responsibilities that may reasonably be expected
