A leading SAAS (Case Management co for Law) are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of marketing experience to spearhead our marketing efforts with them, a rapidly growing software development company for legal services on a full-time, remote (work-from-home) basis.

About The Role

In this role, you will oversee the creation of compelling content and manage various marketing initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to promote our products and services
• In time, build and lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive effective marketing initiatives
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including social media, email, blogs, and the company website
• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to enhance performance and achieve business objectives
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, promotional videos, and event collateral
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop sales collateral and support lead-generation efforts
• Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
• Be available to attend external events and client events across the UK as needed
• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing technologies and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns for SAAS and leading a team
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics
• Exposure to event ideation and event management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present compelling messages and strategies
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and strategic planning

Required Skills:
• Highly creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail, able to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviours, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decisions
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Desirable Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge or experience in the legal sector is also preferred but not essential

Candidates with previous experience or job titles, including; Marketing Executive, Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, Advertising Manager, Content Marketing Manager, and Campaign Manager may also be considered for this role
