What is the opportunity?

The Cards Marketing team is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to support the accelerating growth within the cards & loyalty business for a 20-month maternity leave contract.

In this role you will work closely with a cross-functional team of marketers and business partners to support and implement marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, growth and retention.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable respectfully challenging the status quo. This marketer will display leadership across functional teams and have the ability to effortlessly navigate a highly matrixed organization to deliver results.

What will you do?

Support ongoing annual marketing plan development and execution to support existing strategic partner contract requirements and acquisition goals
Execute impactful mass & always-on targeted campaigns to deliver against business acquisition objectives
Build trusted and collaborative relationships with functional partners (internal & external) to build an environment of transparency and drive efficiency
Share creative insights and expertise with colleagues and peers to ensure brand consistency and accuracy in marketing and communications
Support day to day management of marketing planning and execution, including ongoing partner relationship management, to deliver partnership business objectives.
Execute consistent analysis and reporting to help deliver data-led marketing recommendations and drive future marketing strategies
Support ongoing budget management including estimate & invoice tracking as well as detailed budget reporting
Support partner activations to increase brand and overall partnership awareness
What do you need to succeed?

University Degree; Marketing or Communications
5+ years of marketing experience
Metrics-driven and results-tracking mindset while executing across digital channels
Experience in development and delivery of business cases and creative briefs and managing creative process and timelines.
Experience in developing and launching marketing initiatives, which may include email, digital, social and content marketing strategies, evergreen campaigns and more
Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong ability to work in a collaborative, supportive way in cross-functional teams and across the organization
Nice-to-have

Previous marketing experience in the credit card and/or loyalty space
Self-starter who proactively brings ideas and optimization recommendations to the team
Bilingual French & English
