About Us:

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking to bring on a Marketing Manager to help drive our digital marketing efforts. Our company is fast-paced, collaborative, and offers opportunities for significant growth. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll have the chance to work directly with the company owner and play a key role in shaping our future marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot to drive traffic, conversions, and lead quality.
• HubSpot Administration: Oversee all aspects of HubSpot, including automations, workflows, reporting, and optimization.
• Social Media and Email Campaigns: Develop and execute social media strategies and email marketing campaigns, focusing on B2B lead generation and customer retention.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house designer to create compelling marketing materials that support the sales team and drive hot leads.

Experience & Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, PPC (Google & Facebook Ads), and HubSpot management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with B2B marketing is required. Experience in the MSP or IT industry is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in SEO, PPC, social media management, and content strategy.
• HubSpot experience (admin level preferred), with expertise in workflows, automations, and reporting.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow with the company.
