Job Overview
In your role as a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for envisaging and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to further propel our growth. You will be part of the core strategy team and be involved in data-driven experimenting with different Channels to identify the best performing channel that aligns with Leadle’s growth vision.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only executes campaigns —but knows how to make it work when things are not going their way; who loves to experiment and keep tabs on the current dynamic marketing ecosystem to change/modify the strategy whenever required efficiently.
At Leadle you will,
• Own and orchestrate the end to end marketing journey and social media calendar. Define growth marketing strategies, campaigns, and execution planning.
• Understand brand values, objectives, and goals to devise well-articulated communication across requirements and recommendations.
• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, AMAs, podcasts, etc.
• Manage and foster media partnerships and key relationships to derive maximum media value and brand awareness across channels
• Work with our content marketing team to perfect SEO strategy and plan clear follow-on journeys for new search visitors.
• Update the website sitemap with the right pages and information hierarchy, in line with the needs of our persona – measured by time spend, bounce rates, and pages visited
• Measure and report KPIs to track effectiveness of the content, website and the digital campaigns.
• Collaborate and work in sync with support teams across the organization to bring alive marketing plans
• Work with cross functional teams, customers, and partners to develop marketing collaterals like case study, testimonials, decks, landing pages and videos.
• Identify and manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
• Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
• Distribute content across channels effectively – measured by increase in domain authority and social/referral traffic
• Research and implement content recommendations for enabling organic SEO success
• Research, analyze , develop and implement link building strategies with business partners and clients
• Employ user experience and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users thereby increasing website traffic
• Monitor the algorithms set by major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing to keep up to date with changes
What we’re looking for
• 4 - 7 years of experience with proven success in delivering integrated digital campaigns across a broad range of media and channels in the B2B SaaS space
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep knowledge enterprise campaign platforms like HubSpot, etc.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience monitoring critical marketing KPIs and creating dashboards for campaign tracking and pipeline reporting.
• Expert level capabilities with SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, Paid Media, Social. etc.
• Proven capability in developing collateral across the funnel, such as blogs, articles, one-pagers, product pitch, videos, etc.
• Bring exceptional people and project management skills driving multiple initiatives
• Solutions-focused, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to draw insights from metrics, recommendations from the analysis and present marketing plans/solutions to internal & external stakeholders.
• Highly creative with the ability to innovate new ways to generate interest and excitement among targeted audiences
• Growth-hacker mindset, with proven examples of innovative problem solving and experimentation with digital tools and channels
