Reports To: Managing Partner / Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping the brand, reputation, and digital presence of our venture capital firm , driving engagement with B2 B startups, institutional investors, and the broader start-up ecosystem.

This executive will lead high-impact marketing strategies that position the firm as a thought leader, attract top-tier investors, and provide marketing advisory support to portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in venture capital marketing , digital strategy, and AI-driven content creation , with a strong background in branding, investor relations, and scaling B2 B startup marketing efforts.

This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can leverage AI tools, data analytics, and automation to optimize marketing performance and thought leadership impact.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Brand Development & Thought Leadership Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy to strengthen the firm’s positioning in the venture capital and B2 B start-up ecosystem.

Leverage AI-driven content creation to produce high-quality thought leadership materials, including market reports, white papers, industry insights, and case studies.

Establish and maintain strong media relationships , securing high-profile placements in financial, technology, and start-up publications.

Represent the firm at venture capital conferences, investor summits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to attract Limited Partners (LPs), institutional investors, and family offices.

Create AI-enhanced investor pitch decks, quarterly reports, and fund performance communications to effectively convey the firm’s investment thesis and portfolio success stories.

Organize and promote exclusive investor events, roadshows, and webinars to foster engagement and long-term partnerships.

Ensure a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all investor-facing materials.

Portfolio Company Growth & Marketing Advisory Act as a strategic marketing advisor to portfolio companies, guiding them on growth strategies, AI-driven content marketing, and digital customer acquisition.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives , such as workshops, mentorship programs, and marketing best practices for B2 B start-ups.

Connect portfolio companies with top-tier marketing agencies, AI-powered tools, and growth marketing experts to accelerate their market presence.

Digital Marketing, AI Content Strategy & Online Presence Oversee the firm’s website, social media, SEO, and multi-channel digital strategy to drive engagement and thought leadership.

Utilize AI-powered tools for content creation, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics to optimize marketing campaigns.

Develop data-driven marketing initiatives , including email automation, paid media, and SEO-focused content strategies tailored for the venture capital and B2 B start-up ecosystem.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Public Relations & Corporate Communications Build and nurture relationships with journalists, analysts, and key influencers to drive media coverage of investment deals, portfolio successes, and industry insights.

Lead crisis communication strategies , ensuring transparency and trust with stakeholders.

Develop and manage public relations campaigns highlighting key investment milestones, successful exits, and firm achievements.

Event Management & Strategic Partnerships Plan and execute high-profile industry events, venture capital summits, and start-up pitch competitions.

Develop strategic partnerships with accelerators, incubators, tech communities, and industry associations to enhance deal flow and brand recognition.

Secure sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements for senior leadership to establish thought leadership in venture capital and B2 B start-up growth strategies.

Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of venture capital marketing, investor relations, and start-up growth strategies.

AI & Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation, predictive analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing and branding strategies for B2 B start-ups and investors.

Communication Excellence: Outstanding storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Media Relations: Established connections with business, technology, and financial media are a plus.

Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage internal and external relationships.
