Job Purpose:Lead, plan and manage all operations within the Lubricants Marketing function to drive new product and business development, sales and promotional activities of all lubricant brands and products within the target markets in order to maximize revenues and market share while establishing a strong and stable brand. Job Responsibility:Generating channel partners across PAN INDIAAuditing channel partner inventory/targetsResponsible for feeding up data in CRM software on daily basisPrepare marketing report and understanding current and potential Channel partnersResponsible for developing opportunities with new clientsTo support sales team as a Single Point of ReferenceCoordinate with sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant informationVisit industrial OEM buyers to generate leads for Lubricating Oils.Candidate should be ready to travel (Domestic / International)Qualification:MBA (Marketing) Desired Skill:At least 3 years of experience in Marketing of petroleum products, of which at least 1.5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail sector or in a similar environment.Multi-functional operational management experience.Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.Innovative and conceptual thinkingHighly skilled in aligning goals with strategic directionIn depth knowledge of business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulationsStrategic thinkingAbility to drive organizational climate/culture, Knowledge of financial managementStrong mentoring and coaching skills, Communication and influencing skillsProject management & Team leadership skillsWorking Conditions:Work from Office Why should you consider this opportunity Opportunity to work with highly professional people with excellent working culture.
