Job Title: Marketing Mix Modeler
Location: Remote, with Occasional in office meet in Kolkata, India
Salary: ₹15-25 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and value)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Mix Modeler (MMM) to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building MMM models from scratch using advanced statistical techniques and has worked with FMCG multinational clients . This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in econometric modeling, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Marketing Mix Models (MMM) using advanced statistical methods.
Analyze the impact of various marketing channels (TV, digital, print, etc.) on sales and brand performance.
Work with FMCG multinational clients to provide strategic insights and optimize media spend.
Handle large datasets, clean and preprocess data, and ensure model accuracy.
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Key Requirements:
3-8 years of experience in MMM development and econometric modeling.
Strong expertise in Python, R, or similar analytical tools .
Experience working with FMCG brands and understanding their marketing dynamics.
Hands-on experience with Bayesian models, hierarchical regression, and machine learning for MMM.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Preference for candidates based in Goa or Kolkata .
Compensation:
Salary in the range of ₹15-25 LPA , negotiable based on experience and impact.
