We’re Hiring: Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Hedkandi Salon Group is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our marketing efforts across three iconic brands: Hedkandi, Butter, and Johnny’s.

We're looking for someone with initiative, creative instincts, and killer organizational skills who can keep our campaigns, content, and community efforts running like clockwork.
What You'll Do:
Social Media & Content Coordination
Schedule and publish social media content for Hedkandi, Butter, and Johnny’s.
Support asset creation: short-form video, Reels, captions, and campaign visuals.
Track engagement metrics and report on trends.
Copywriting & Brand Voice
Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, signage, and internal communication.
Support the marketing team with clear, compelling language that brings our brands to life.
Edit and proofread all materials for grammar, tone, and accuracy.
Campaign + Calendar Management
Maintain and organize the marketing calendar across all brands.
Assist with coordination of seasonal campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives.
Keep projects on schedule and organized from start to finish.
Event & Partnership Support
Help execute in-salon and community events.
Coordinate donations, sponsorships, and local activations.
Liaise with brand partners, vendors, and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
Internal Communications
Assist in creating internal marketing for team engagement and staff events.
Help leadership translate vision into visuals, messaging, and moments.
Operational Support
Keep our marketing files, brand assets, and campaign tools organized.
Help with reporting, recaps, and marketing task tracking.
Contribute creative ideas and support on shoots, special projects, and trend research.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or coordination role.
Strong writing and copy skills are a must—you know how to tell a story, sell a feeling, and make a post pop.
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
A good eye for design and branding.
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
Bonus points if you have experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
