Marketing, PR and Event Lead (short term contract)

Are you experienced in marketing, PR, and event management? Are you looking for a short-term opportunity where you can step in, take ownership, and help bring a major event to life? TVSN is looking for a skilled Marketing, PR & Events Lead to join our Marketing team on a 10-week fixed-term contract.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and wants to play a key role in delivering a high-profile customer event.


About the Role

You’ll be leading the planning and execution of TVSN’s annual Beauty Awards—our most significant beauty event of the year. In addition to managing this flagship event, you’ll support broader marketing efforts including identifying PR opportunities, working with influencers, and contributing to marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver a major customer-facing event, ensuring all aspects are executed to a high standard
Identify and coordinate PR opportunities to increase brand visibility
Collaborate with influencers to support campaign awareness and sales
Provide general marketing support across ongoing campaigns
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in organising successful customer and media events
Experience generating PR and media exposure
Experience working with influencers and social campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional manner and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field are desirable
