- Based within our Global Product Team, the Marketing Product Owner will be a major influencer of business and technology vision, deciding what technology should be built, and communicating the Marketing technology strategy. Success is measured by the ability to design and deliver configurable, scalable and extensible digital solutions that drive business and customer value..
- We are embarking on an ambitious program of business transformation enabled by the implementation of a new global technology solution. The delivery and embedding of this program and framework for change is one that will enable us to deliver joined up, personalised, data led, consumer centric experiences to meet our brand goals supported by technological foundations.
• *Purpose**
- Product Owners play a critical role in the successful implementation of our new framework and its ongoing contribution to business performance and transformation.
- Required to challenge and influence at all levels, this role will ensure that their assigned processes are designed with the program design principle of ‘fit to standard’ at the forefront, challenging this where needed to ensure that the final solution best meets the needs of all functions and/or business units involved in the execution of the process ensuring the business is set up for success for the future.

- Key Interfaces: International Marketing, BU Marketing stakeholders and customers, BU Marketing Directors, GM’s, Delivery Engine Leadership, external delivery partners and software vendors.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
• *Inspire**
- Marketers across the business with what is possible - keeping abreast of technologies, vendors and emerging concepts and being able to bring to life how these could assist and champion technology across markets - be their "trusted voice" - the person who understands them, their needs and dymystifies technology - answering what is and what isnt feasible.
- BU Marketing teams to develop digital product strategy and programs for Marketing, envisioning and delivering capabilities that enrich and enable new digital experiences.
- By acting as an entrepreneur, performing market and competitive analysis to inform Marketing innovation. Actively guide the BU Marketing teams around the vision and feature priorities for TwiningOvo.
- Establish trusted relationships with key Marketing stakeholders and being a connected, influential player with Marketing Leadership.
- Engage and motivate employees and resources with effective communication to promote a high performing, agile and focused team environment.
- Marketing business leaders to break down complex problems into actionable steps to drive Marketing strategy, innovation and development and understand the global strategic vision and releases comprised of mínimal viable products and tactical user stories and applicability to Global Martech
• *Design and Define**
- Envision a "Martech" architecture that aligns to TwO marketing needs and is regularly refined in line with new marketing requirements.
- Determine and select the tech/vendors across all the subsidiary capabilities in that aspect of the framework - e.g data, journey orchestration, consumer service.
- Working with Biztech Architects, turn the Martech conceptual and logical models into physical architectures
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to understand needs/requirements to be included in Marketing roadmaps.
- Work closely with Marketing and IT Leaders to enable the global digital marketing product strategy e.g contribute to test and learns, KPI’s, and enable maximum momentum globally.
- Establish trade-offs between internal development and business partnerships, works with stakeholders for investment, product maintenance, product changes, forecasting and financials.
- Manage vendors to ensure software roadmaps and delivery of features are completed based on agreed SLAs and pricing models.
- Provision technology, including vendor research, request for proposals, and partnering with Procurement on vendor selection and contracts.
- Understanding of cyber risks and data compliance, AFB security posture, processes and procedures to ensure compliance to ABF IT security and controls framework
- Perform customer follow-up and maintain healthy customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize digital metrics that focus on outcomes of initiatives rather than checking the box on projects delivered.
• *Deliver**
- Deliver a clear roadmap for Martech across all markets (supported by local resources) - aligning gaps to specific vendors/technologies, determining the sequencing, working to establish actionable plans and supporting Delivery Leads, local markets, partners and vendors as they move into
