We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the marketing team with implementing all marketing

activities, nurturing relationships with partners, and ultimately enhancing sales. This role develops and

implements marketing campaigns, maintains marketing materials – including writing and content creation,

supports communications for meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and contributes as needed

to showcase marketing's impact on the organization.

This position works extremely closely with other members of the Marketing and Partnership Management

teams. The ideal Marketing Specialist is driven, thoughtful can work independently, and has strong

professional communication skills.

KRAs:

● Oversee all marketing campaigns.

● Implement strategy.

● Promote a business, product, or service.

● Maintain the right messaging to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

● Communicate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, or customer

service.

● Regularly reporting on the results of marketing campaigns to senior leadership.

● Supporting organic search strategies while assisting with social media campaigns for clients.

SEO Tasks:

● Organic search analysis

● Competitor research

● Helping with website launches (content creation & project planning)

● SEO audits

Organic Social Tasks:

● Competitor research

● Developing campaign strategy

● Post-planning and scheduling

● You will have a hand in reporting, developing recommendations, and collaborating with internal

teams and external clients.

Goals:

● Achieve product sales goals ( they are defined on the product level )

● Help us achieve one spot as a HubSpot agency in India

● Ensure company communication over platforms.

Technical Skills:

● An in-depth knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Innovative and creative thinking skills.

● Budget-management skills and proficiency.

● Discretion and professionalism.

● Skills in identifying trends and challenges through analysis.

● Knowledge of graphic design, web design, and production trends, technologies, and

methodologies.

● Essential organic social media experience.

● Softwares (a plus): Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO Tools, WordPress, HTML, or CSS.
