Responsibilities
This role will be instrumental in developing and executing a range of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation to support our lead generation and communication efforts with agents in the field

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content
Manage and grow GarityAdvantage’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Research industry competitors and stay current on developments in the senior insurance marketplace

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing a range of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation to support our lead generation and communication efforts with agents in the field. • Familiarity with A/B testing and personalization techniques in email marketing
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using Google Analytics
• Experience with print and direct mail marketing (flyers, postcards, banners)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management
