Option One Plumbing is a locally owned and operated plumbing company with branches in California, Arizona, North and South Carolina. We are looking for the right candidate to help target our marketing goals to expand our brand and customer base.

Responsibilities For Marketing Specialist
• SEO Specialist, drive organic traffic, improve rankings, PPC
• Monitor website performance (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Search Console)
• Keyword Research and Strategy
• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Qualifications For Marketing Specialist
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing
• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
