About The Role—
We're looking for a visionary Marketing Technology Expert who is ready to take on the challenge of shaping the future of marketing technology. This role isn't just about managing a team; it's about leading the industry into a new era of innovation and efficiency.
As our Marketing Technology Solutions Practice Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing technology initiatives, creating solutions that aren't just part of the industry standard but set new benchmarks. You'll be working with high-profile clients, including tech behemoths like Google, Cisco, and Zoom, providing solutions that transform the way businesses understand and engage their audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —Presales Consulting: Partner with the sales team and other practice leaders, providing expert insights during client proposals and pitches, and showcasing our expertise in Marketing Technology solutions.
Pitch Decks and Proposal Building: Develop compelling, bespoke pitch decks and proposals that effectively convey our unique value proposition and innovative solutions to potential clients.
Solution Design: Lead the creation of comprehensive, end-to-end Marketing Technology solutions, custom-tailored to client needs during both the presales stage and ongoing client engagements.
Client Consultation: Offer high-level consultation services to current clients, delivering insights and advice that leverage Marketing Technology to address complex challenges.
Building and Owning the Service Area: Be the foundational pillar in constructing and owning the Marketing Technology service area from scratch, establishing a service line that will redefine the industry and position Algomarketing as a global trailblazer.
Team Building and Leadership: Assemble and steer a high-caliber team focused on delivering Marketing Technology projects, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Research and Development: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, engaging in ongoing research and experimentation with new technologies and approaches in the Marketing Technology space.
Talent Enablement: Champion the professional growth of our talent, ensuring they're equipped with the latest knowledge and tools in Marketing Technology.
Training and Development: Direct training initiatives for Algomarketing's workforce, promoting continuous professional growth and expertise in Marketing Technology.
Community Building: Nurture a dynamic, engaged marketing technology community within Algomarketing, encouraging knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — A solid background in Marketing Technology, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the tech or marketing industry, with a focus on Marketing Technology solutions, especially Marketing Automation.Demonstrated experience in presales consulting, solution design, and leading successful client engagements in the realm of Marketing Technology.Proven track record of creative problem-solving, with the ability to innovate and develop unique solutions to complex challenges.Extensive experience in team building, talent enablement, and leadership, with a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.Hands-on experience with research and development in Marketing Technology, staying current with industry trends, and a history of practical application of new technologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in training and development, with a passion for fostering continuous learning and professional growth within teams.A visionary mindset, with the ambition to build and cultivate a marketing technology community within and beyond the organization.Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and to lead projects to successful completion.Passion for pushing the boundaries of technology to redefine the marketing industry
