Job Description
General
• Initiate, plan, review and implement HR policies & procedures and to ensure HR practices are benchmarked against best practices
• To assist in the digitalization process, infusing automation and AI into HR processes to transform HR, improve HR agility to prepare the company for future growth.
Talent Management and Workforce Planning and Budgeting
• Talent Acquisition- to identify and acquire suitably competent people to fill up vacancies within the organization and conduct appropriate on-boarding programs. To work with universities in getting talents and organizing Career Talks/Career Fairs.
• Talent Development – to identify staff potential and steer them to optimise their KSA to meet company’s need by developing high performance culture through appropriate learning and mentorship programs.
• Talent Retention and Succession Planning – to identify good performing staff and develop suitable retention strategies to retain them, concurrently develop succession planning to ensure all key positions have ready alternate person to fill in.
• Work with HOD of business units to identify departmental short, mid and long term workforce requirements in anticipation of growth or change of business strategy.
Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations.
• Ensure compensation structure, staff grading are in order, oversee Salary and Benefits administration including payroll processing, leave administration, Insurance, Education Assistance Program, Scholarship and other benefits/staff welfare programs.
• Maintain all employee records to ensure updated, including development records, appraisal records and compensation records.
• Cultivate a positive working environment by managing and improve internal communication channels to ensure employees are engaged and informed at all times. Propose appropriate reward and recognition programs as at when necessary.
• Maintains good employee relations through grievance, counseling and disciplinary programs.
• Handling staff engagement activities ie annual dinner, CSR projects & etc
Qualifications
• Tertiary education in Human Resources or any other related discipline
• Minimum 1 years working experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
