Job Title: Part-Time Materials Engineer - Non-Metallic & Carbon Fiber Composites Expert
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Engineer with expertise in Non-Metallic Composites or Carbon Fiber Composites for a part-time role in the development of a new product.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a cutting-edge project, with the potential to earn a performance-based bonus upon successful delivery. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in the design and development of non-metallic and carbon fiber composite materials.
Collaborate on the product development process, ensuring the product meets performance, durability, and safety standards. Oversee material selection, design optimization, and manufacturing process engineering.
Contribute to product prototyping, testing, and iterative improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and material performance requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Non-Metallic Composites or Carbon Fiber Composites engineering.
Track record of successful product development or projects using composite materials. Familiarity with manufacturing techniques such as pultrusion, winding, and molding processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work part-time with flexibility to meet deadlines.
