Mathematics Teacher

IIT JEE Mathematics Faculty Jobs in Tamil Nadu.

Salary: 70,000-80,000/Month.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and interactive sessions to students preparing for IIT JEE exams.

Develop comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and study materials, ensuring alignment with the exam patterns and curriculum.

Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and enhance their understanding of complex concepts.

Conduct regular assessments, including tests, quizzes, and mock exams, to evaluate students’ progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide individualized attention and guidance to students, addressing their doubts and concerns, and motivating them to excel in their studies.

Monitor and track students’ performance, maintain accurate records of their attendance, grades, and academic progress.

Stay updated with the latest developments in IIT JEE exams, including changes in the syllabus, exam patterns, and evaluation criteria.

Qualifications and Skills:

A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter, with a strong understanding of IIT JEE exam patterns and requirements.

Prior experience as a faculty member or teacher in a reputed coaching institute or educational organization is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire and motivate them towards academic success.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Experience: Minimum of two years experience in coaching for Competitive Exam

Salary : Based on the qualification & experience

Qualification : Bachelors / Masters degree from IIT / NITs or any other reputed institutions.
