Curriculum Development and Marketable Short Course Creation for English, Math, and Science Teachers

Role: Teacher & Developer (English, Math, or Science) (One research teacher per field)

Objective:

The primary objective of teachers in this role is to develop comprehensive courses in their respective subjects (English, Math, or Science), collaborate with the team to make these courses marketable, provide training to other teachers, and facilitate the sale of these courses to a wider audience.

1. Curriculum Development:

- Develop detailed and engaging course materials in the subject area, including lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary resources.

- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and learning objectives.

2. Collaborative Course Enhancement:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course materials, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies, and making the courses more appealing to the target audience.

- Continuously update and improve the course content to ensure it remains relevant and effective.

3. Teacher Training:

- Provide training sessions and support to other teachers who will be delivering the courses.

- Help other teachers understand the course content and effective teaching methods.

4. Sales and Promotion:

- Actively participate in the promotion and sale of the courses, using your expertise to articulate the benefits and value of the courses to potential customers.

- Identify potential markets and clients interested in the course content.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: ₹8,244.46 - ₹3+,760.+0 per month

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
