WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
Confirming the accuracy of bank information submitted by internal requestors and external vendors. Performing outbound calls to validate information directly with vendors.
Ensuring financial master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve inconsistencies in financial records.
Tracking and recording verified data, escalating issues as needed, and providing support across MDM functions as required.
Identifying data quality issues and opportunities for process improvement through regular audits and trend analysis.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1–3 years of experience in data verification, banking, accounts payable, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and spending extended periods on the phone.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
