Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and "can do" member for our Meat Packing and Process Room. This is role is a hands-on and involves working in our meat processing and packing facility to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Packing Raw Food: Accurately portion and pack raw pet food into appropriate packaging.
Packing Food Orders: Fulfill and pack customer food orders with precision and care.
Work in Cooler/Freezer Rooms: Assist with storing, retrieving, and organizing products in cold environments.
Processing Area Maintenance: Clean, sterilize, and maintain the processing area and equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace.
Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow food safety guidelines, handling procedures, and company protocols to maintain product quality and safety.
Requirements
Ability to work in cold environments (cooler and freezer rooms).
Physically fit and able to lift up to up to 20kg.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices (training provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
