Senior Technician & MOT Tester Required

We are seeking skilled Vehicle Technicians to join our team, offering a competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, based on your experience and expertise. This package is based on a 40-hour workweek and includes the opportunity to earn an additional performance bonus. Additionally, we’re offering a £2,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants only—receive £1,000 after successfully completing your probation and another £1,000 in your 13th month of employment.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our vehicles to the highest standards, performing inspections, repairs, services, and managing parts. Delivering an outstanding customer experience is a key aspect of this role. Whether your background is with an independent dealer or a volume franchise dealer, we have multiple opportunities and would love to discuss how you can contribute to our team.

Our compensation packages vary depending on your experience and accreditation, with basic salaries structured as follows:

- Prep Technicians: up to £30,000

- Service and Maintenance Technicians: up to £32,000

- Service and Diagnostic Technicians: up to £34,000

- Senior Technicians: up to £38,000

- Master Technicians: up to £40,000
• *Qualifications and Skills Required:**

- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3

- Current experience as a Vehicle Technician

-MOT Testing Licence

- Your own set of tools

- A full UK driving licence
