All About Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Experienced Permanent Full Time Mechanic / Workshop Technician to start asap

Mechanics / Trainee Mechanics / Repair / Servicing / Technical Support / Trainee Engineer

Salary:£38,0000 (Circa £42,000 inclusive of bonus)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: NN1

Hours of work: Core hours 40 hours a week Monday Friday, office hours, 08.30 17.30.

The Role: The successful candidate will assist with the repair and maintenance of machinery, working with the guidance of the workshop manager

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems
• Carry out oil changes, brake repairs, and other mechanical tasks as required
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance or a related field
