Job Description

Join our team as we seek Mechanical and Thermal Engineers to work on the propulsion systems for cutting-edge satellites. You will be pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our space missions. See below for the disciplines we are currently hiring for

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Analysis:
• Conduct stress analysis (static and dynamic) using tools such as FEMAP, Hypermesh, and NASTRAN.
• Engage in engineering activities for both Product/HW and System level analysis.
• Develop and analyze methods and tools to enhance engineering activities.

Mechanical and Thermal Engineering:
• Oversee Mechanical and Thermal Architecture design and implementation, serving as a team lead when required.
• Conduct thermal analysis using Systema Termika and ensure thermal performance meets specifications.
• Monitor product technical specifications and ensure Detail Design Technical Consistencies.

Project Management:
• Manage projects within the space sector, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and ensure follow-up on technical issues.

CAD and Design:
• Perform CAD activities using CATIA V5, 3DX, and GD&T, focusing on both mechanical and electrical backgrounds across various phases (A, B, C).
• Ensure design relevance and functionality, facilitating electrical system integration with mechanical components.

Qualifications

Key Skills:
• Experience in mechanical engineering with a strong background in the space industry.
• Proficiency in stress and thermal analysis methods.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, GD&T) and structural design.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills in co-engineering projects.
