Job description
Responsibilities:
• Develop designs for enclosures of industrial and consumer electronic devices made from metal and plastic.
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Prepare engineering documentation in compliance with ISO, GOST, and ESKD standards.
• Participate in the design process to ensure scalability for mass production.
• Plan tasks and manage project workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with electronics and software development teams for component integration.
• Propose ideas to improve products, optimize designs, and enhance manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD systems (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of design standards (ISO, GOST, ESKD).
• Experience with project planning and task management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of the full product development cycle from concept to mass production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as CNC milling, laser cutting, turning, polishing, 3D printing, injection molding, sheet metal (cutting, bending, welding), galvanic coatings and painting.
• Willingness to quickly learn new manufacturing technologies.
• Knowledge in electronics and optics is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
• Technical English is required. Fluent English is an advantage.
